Rules For Examination Code of Conduct for Semester Exams / Tests

RULES FOR EXAMINATION

INTERNAL ASSESSMENT & PROMOTION CRITERIA

 

Pre-Nursery & Nursery

No formal examination or test. Students will be observed and assessed by the class teachers based on various parameters and remarks will be sent to the parents on monthly basis.

KG-I

No formal Examination. Promotion to the next class will be based on monthly assessment and performance in the class.

KG-II

No formal Examination. Promotion to the next class will be based on monthly assessment and performance in the class.

CLASSES – I to XII

Promotion to the next class will be based on the continuous comprehensive performance in Tuesday Tests/ Unit Test/ Periodic Test conducted during the academic session and Formative/ Half Yearly and Summative/ Annual Exams.

Retest of FA Examination will not be taken on any ground. Examination Grading will be as per the Guidelines of CBSE grading system.

 

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR SEMESTER EXAMS / TESTS

  1. It is compulsory for all students from Class I onwards to appear at all the Semester Examinations.

WEEKLY TESTS

Nursery & KG :

  1. No weekly tests. Monthly assessments from June onwards.
  2. For sanctioned and medical leave, retest will be taken as soon as the child rejoins

 

WEEKLY TESTS / UNIT TESTS/ PERIODIC TESTS CLASS I to XII:

  1. The Weekly Tests/Unit Tests/ Periodic Tests are compulsory for students of all classes.
  2. No retest of Weekly Tests/Unit Tests/ Periodic Tests will be conducted on any ground

whatsoever whether medical or sanctioned leave or otherwise.

  1. Students absent on medical grounds will have to produce medical certificate (s) from qualified registered medical practitioner.

Course of these tests will be settled by the subject teacher.
